Each session follows the classical Sivananda sequence, integrating: Pranayama (breathwork) to calm the mind and energize the body Sun Salutations to awaken vitality 12 Foundational Asanas to build strength, flexibility, and balance Deep Relaxation and Meditation for inner peace and clarity Tecia Linville is a Certified Yoga Alliance Sivananda Yoga Teacher. She completed her training in 2010 under the guidance of Bharata at Yoga & Inner Peace in Lake Worth, Florida. Her teachings are deeply rooted in the classical lineage of Sivananda Yoga, honoring the ancient path of traditional Hatha Yoga infused with spiritual wisdom. Tecia’s approach blends devotion, mindfulness, and the sacred union of breath, movement, and awareness. Deeply inspired by Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of love and devotion, her classes are more than physical postures—they are heartfelt offerings. Through chanting, intention, and soulful guidance, she creates a space where students can reconnect with the divine essence within themselves.
